I'm guessing this recipe isn't too far off from what Jesus and the deciples shared at the last supper, or at least I'd like to think so. Maybe the yeast was left out of their bread recipe which would be a bread known as 'Lavash' bread, or unleavened flatbread. My mother enjoyed the Lavash type of bread regulary. History shows us that this type of pita bread has been enjoyed by all cultures since the beginning of mankind. As for me, I've always preferred the type of pita bread that I have pictured below. I'll show you how to make this same bread in this attached video.....
